The elegant purple-red bowl-shaped flowers that sit atop strong long stems are the hallmark of the Attila tulip. They look even more delightful when they open their soft petals. The marvellous satin interior of the flowers is adorned with a white star-shaped ornament on which the creamy-white pistil with darker anthers is located. As the representative of the Triumph tulip division, this variety develops strong stems that are resistant to unfavourable weather conditions, such ss the wind and rain. The 45 to 50 cm tall Attila tulip tremendously adorns the garden during the spring colour show. The tulip offered here is a great plant that proudly exposes its beauty on borders, flower beds and in rows along buildings and fences. The picturesque flowers constitute great material for spring bouquets, too.

Tulip bulbs should be planted in autumn into fertile, cultivated and permeable soil. These flowering plants like sunny sites, yet it is not an absolutely essential requirement for the successful cultivation. You may easily plant them on East and West facing sites.
